Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) brings together many agencies that are working to encourage alternative energy and energy efficiency in the state of Minnesota.
CERTs needed a site that could serve as an information clearinghouse about all the work being done across the state, as well as provide hard facts about how the many forms of alternative energy work, and help guide citizens who want to start their own clean energy projects.
