PastureLand’s new series of Alpine Sisters cheeses originate from one single batch of cheese (or parent cheese), but are aged in three different ways for three distinctly different flavor profiles. The Sisters take their names from early settlements in the vicinity of PastureLand’s farmer-owners in southeastern Minnesota.
