AccountAbility provides free tax preparation services to low-income Minnesotans. This nonprofit’s website had to serve multiple audiences — people who are looking for tax prep, volunteers who want to help with tax prep, other organizations that provide tax prep services, plus funders and other supporters of the work.
Incorporating new brand colors, we worked with AccountAbility staff on the site architecture to include a database of tax prep locations with maps, a calendar that dynamically updates to include tax clinics and other events, and a volunteer-only section for sharing training materials and other information.
