Maybe we helped build it, maybe you hired someone else, or a talented staff member who has moved on built your site. Now you need help with it. We specialize in Drupal websites, but can provide support for most platforms including WordPress and basic HTML/CSS sites. For customers we offer our Park Pass solution: a simple retainer service at $150/quarter that provides you with everything from security monitoring, updates, fixes, training and virtually anything else related to your website hosting and management.
With the Park Pass you get 3 hours per quarter at $50/hour, half our regular $100/hour rate. Each additional hour is charged at $75/hour.
We will support your website no matter what hosting environment you have, but prefer to work with sites hosted on platforms that grant SSH access, but can work with most hosting environments.
